Bento Report, V.4

The Bento Report is a regular feature on the blog where I show you what's in my lunch for a few select days over the past couple of weeks. It's informational because I am a post weight-loss surgery patient who is also a vegetarian/pescetarian, but also fun because I love the idea of bento lunches and have fun making my lunch look cute and/or making it fit into unique lunchbox container constraints.

Bento Report V.4

I recently starting using my cute little ninja girl bento box for smaller, quick lunches. It's a two-section box, with a third "section" that's an upside-down bowl. Here's how she packs up:

  1. Mini Tupperware o'vitamins
  2. Colby-jack string cheese, cut into cubes
  3. Faux lunchmeat sandwiches from cute cutter/press tool.
  4. Almonds

  1. Mini Tupperware o'vitamins
  2. Pretzel chips and hummus
  3. Hard-boiled egg
  4. Mini babybel cheese (white cheddar!)
  5. Grapes
  6. String cheese, cut in half to fit (under the grapes)

  1. Mini Tupperware o'vitamins
  2. String cheese, cut into chunks
  3. Tuna (from those foil pouches, emptied into bento container to fit)
  4. Caluiflower-Tomato Detox Salad (from this recipe via Pinterest)
  5. Cute salt shaker
  6. Grape tomatoes
  7. Cutlery wrapped in reusable napkin, aka pink leopard-print bandana
